I totally agreed with the Secret 2 which is doing one proactive task a day especially people who are new in IM. Many people are overwhelmed with info that they don't know where to start. In the end they began to procrastinate and nothing happen. Like it said Rome Is Not Build In 1 Day.

By doing one task a day it will help us to build it up slowly but surely.
